Terms of Service

The rules for using larpin.lol — your account, usernames and aliases, your page, paid features, cases, trading and the Discord bot.

Last updated September 19, 2026

The short version

Your page, your content

You own what you post. You're responsible for having the right to post it.

Be decent

No harassment, impersonation, scams, malware, hate or anything illegal. We'll remove it.

Items aren't money

Case items, badges and effects are for use on larpin. They can't be cashed out.

Pro is cancellable

It renews until you cancel and stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

This summary is here to help; the full text below is what applies.

01

Agreeing to these terms#

By making an account or using larpin.lol (“larpin”, “we”), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use larpin.

You must be at least 13, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for using online services on your own. If you’re under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

02

Your account#

You’re responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password private, use one you don’t use elsewhere, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in — you can sign unknown devices out under Settings → Devices.

One person, one account for everyday use. Don’t make accounts in bulk, with scripts, to get around a ban or limit, or to sell. Don’t share, sell or trade access to an account.

03

Usernames and aliases#

Usernames and aliases are first come, first served, but they aren’t property — you can’t buy, sell or reserve them outside larpin. Basic accounts can hold 1 alias and Larpin Pro accounts 3, and alias tokens (sold in Settings) each add one more permanent slot on top of that; aliases a Pro account holds beyond the Basic limit may be released if Pro ends. Tokens are never used up — removing an alias frees the slot again.

We may reclaim, rename or block a username or alias that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, sits unused while being offered for sale, or is needed for the site itself.

04

Your content#

You keep ownership of everything you upload, write or link. So we can run larpin, you give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, resize, process and display it — only to operate, secure and show off the service (for example on Explore or in link previews). The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups and records we must keep.

Only post what you have the right to post, including music, videos, pictures and fonts. Your page is public: anyone can see it, share it or save a copy, and search engines may list it unless you turn that off.

05

What's not allowed#

Don’t use larpin to:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
  • Harass, threaten, bully or encourage harm against anyone, or post hate against people for who they are.
  • Impersonate a person, brand or larpin staff, or mislead people about who you are.
  • Post someone’s private information without their permission.
  • Phish, scam, spread malware, or link to anything that does.
  • Post sexual content involving minors, or sexual content without a proper content warning.
  • Fake views, likes or clicks, or run automated requests that strain the site.
  • Probe, break or get around larpin’s security, limits or moderation.
  • Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights.

If you do, we may remove content, turn off features, reclaim a username, or suspend or close the account — usually with a warning first, but not always when people or the service need protecting straight away.

07

Larpin Pro, gifts and payments#

Prices and billing periods are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. Larpin Pro renews automatically until you cancel, and stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Pro features may change over time as we add, improve or retire them.

Gifts go to the account you choose once the payment clears; they don’t renew for the person who receives them.

Unless the law where you live says otherwise, payments for digital items and services that have been delivered or used — including opened cases and delivered gifts — aren’t refundable. If a payment is disputed, charged back or turns out to be fraudulent, we may remove what it paid for.

08

Cases, items and trading#

Cases give digital cosmetic items by chance. The odds shown for a case are part of the offer. Once a case’s result is drawn, the opening is final.

Items, badges, effects, trails and any “worth” shown for them are a licence to use them on larpin. They are not money, cryptocurrency, property or an investment, have no cash value, and can’t be exchanged for money with us.

Trade only with larpin’s own trading tools. A trade is final once both sides confirm. Don’t sell items for real money, gamble with them, or use outside markets. We may reverse a result or trade caused by fraud, a technical error or access to an account without permission, and we may change future items or odds without changing outcomes that are already complete.

Only buy paid cases if chance-based digital purchases are allowed for you where you live. Where the law requires it, a parent or guardian must make or approve purchases for someone under age.

09

Discord and other connected services#

Discord, Spotify, Steam, games and the other services behind widgets are run by other companies, and their own terms apply to your accounts with them. We don’t control them, so a widget may show out-of-date information or stop working if a service changes or removes access.

The larpin Discord bot and the larpin server have their own rules, posted in the server. Breaking them can affect your larpin account as well.

10

Ending your account#

You can stop using larpin at any time and ask us to delete your account through the larpin Discord. Deleting it removes your page; unused Pro time and items are not refunded unless the law requires it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk, or has been used for fraud. If the account had paid features, we’ll follow the law on any refund owed. Sections that by their nature should continue — like ownership of content, liability and item rules — continue after an account ends.

11

Changes to larpin and these terms#

larpin is provided as it is and as available. Features may change, pause or end, and we can’t promise it will always be up or free of errors. We may update these Terms as larpin or the law changes; we’ll change the date above and, for bigger changes, tell you on the site or in the Discord before they take effect. Using larpin after that means you accept the new Terms.

12

Liability#

As far as the law allows, larpin isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or anything caused by other services, other users or events outside our reasonable control. Where we are responsible, our total liability is limited to what you paid larpin in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have by law that can’t be limited or waived.
